| So yesterday, my client didn't call me to let me knwo if he was going out of town or not, so I didn't knwo if I was training him so I got made and did some stuff, lol. HS Iso-Lateral All 3 different handle positions supersetted: 90lbx10x3sets Assisted Pull-ups: 160/140 close gripx10x2sets Wide grip: 140/120x10xsets Close Grip Pull downs: 50/70/90x10 Leg Raises: 20x2, hold last one for 20 seconds Weighted Crunches: 80/90x30 1 leg stabilty ball crunches: 20 each leg ball crunches: 100 straight Then called it a day cuz I have a real workout today, lol |
